Our veterinary clinic is located in Poplar, close to Isle of Dogs and Docklands. Vet clinic is wheelchair accessible.

DLR station – Langdon Park (3 min walk)
Car parking – Free parking available in our parking bay (Entrance from Fawe Street, Please call Reception and request to open the gates).
Pay and Display Parking available at Godalming Road or Chrisp street / Morris Road (2 min walk)

Please note that we are day-clinic only. All calls out of our working hours will be diverted to Medivet 24 Hour Camberwell, The London Animal Hospital, 7 Kenbury Street, Camberwell, London, SE5 9BS
Due to unpredictability of customer flow, we highly encourage clients to make an appointment prior to your visit to our clinic.
Clients with appointments will be given priority in the queue.
Please be punctual. Clients who are more then 10 minutes late will be regarded as walk-in by default.
Last registration is 30 min before closing time. Our clinic reserves the right to close registration early once full capacity is reached.
We promise to use client details only for the purpose of our business. We will not intentionally
pass any details to third parties, unless specifically detailed below, without your permission. We
may, from time to time send you veterinary information that would be relevant to you. We aim
to maintain your details correct on our database. You, the client, will provide us with correct and
updated personal information to allow us to provide our services to you. These include name,
contact details, animal details, details of owners or those looking after the animals and details of
any other vet the animal has been registered with.
Case records including x-ray and other documents are the property of and will be retained by Poplar Vets. Copies with a summary of the history will be passed on request to another veterinary surgeon taking over the case.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered.
For your convenience we accept major credit, debit cards and cash.
Please note that we are unable to accept Cheques.
